Creamy Mushroom Chicken

🧾 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced or pounded thin
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

🔥 Detailed Cooking Instructions

  1. Season chicken generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken, cook 4–5 min per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium, add butter.
  5. Add mushrooms, spread them out. Do not touch for 2–3 minutes so they brown.
  6. Stir mushrooms, cook another 2 minutes until golden.
  7. Add garlic + thyme, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
