- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- Chopped parsley (optional)
🔥 Detailed Cooking Instructions
- Pat steak dry with paper towels. Moist steak doesn’t sear, it sulks.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat pan over high heat. Add olive oil.
- Add steak in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Sear 2–3 minutes per side until deep brown.
- Lower heat to medium. Add butter.
- Add garlic + paprika, stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan over steak.
- Cover pan 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Finish with parsley if pretending balance exists.
