- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine, cooked al dente)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Chopped parsley (optional)
🔥 Detailed Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, cook 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove.
- Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
- Pour in cream, add Italian seasoning. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken. Toss until fully coated.
- Transfer to baking dish. Top with mozzarella.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Rest 2 minutes, garnish if pretending restraint exists.
