- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- Black pepper
- Salt

- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic, cook 30 sec.
- Pour cream, simmer 2โ3 min.
- Add parmesan, stir smooth.
- Toss pasta, add pasta water if needed.
- Finish with pepper.
