🧾 Ingredients (2–3 servings)
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced or pounded thin
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
🔥 Detailed Cooking Instructions
- Season chicken generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, cook 4–5 min per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, add butter.
- Add mushrooms, spread them out. Do not touch for 2–3 minutes so they brown.
- Stir mushrooms, cook another 2 minutes until golden.
- Add garlic + thyme, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in cream, stir gently, simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add parmesan, stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to pan, simmer 3–4 minutes until coated and juicy.
