  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or penne)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

🔥 Detailed Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in well-salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove immediately.
  5. Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in cream, add red pepper flakes if using. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
