🧾 Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Sesame seeds & green onions (optional)
🔥 Detailed Cooking Instructions
- Pat salmon dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down. Cook 3–4 minutes until crispy.
- Flip carefully, cook another 2 minutes. Remove salmon.
- Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy.
- Return salmon to pan. Spoon sauce over fish 30–60 seconds.
- Serve over rice. Drizzle extra sauce. Garnish lightly.
