- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
- Salt & black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Chopped parsley or green onions

- Pat steak dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat pan over high heat, add olive oil.
- Add steak in one layer. Sear 2–3 min per side until browned.
- Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic.
