🧾 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Thyme or parsley (optional)
