Some song choices make you lean in a little, and this is one of them. In The Voice Battles, Brendan Coulter and Keiyana Osmond perform "She Will Be Loved." It's a Maroon 5 song, and NBC calls it Coach Adam's song, so this duet lands right in front of the coach it belongs to.
The show describes the performance as Brendan and Keiyana making the song their own. If the original has been in your head for years, notice how two voices share a song you probably know by heart.
The duet is part of the 30th season of The Voice, NBC's four-time Emmy Award-winning singing competition. Kelly Clarkson and reigning champ Adam Levine are back in their red chairs this season, and first-time coaches Queen Latifah and Riley Green complete the panel.
New episodes of The Voice air Mondays at 8/7c on NBC and stream the next day on Peacock.
