🧾 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds & green onions (optional)

🔥 Detailed Cooking Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down. Cook 3–4 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip carefully, cook another 2 minutes. Remove salmon.
  5. Lower heat to medium, add butter and garlic. Cook 30 seconds.
  6. Add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy.
  7. Return salmon to pan. Spoon sauce over fish 30–60 seconds.
  8. Serve over rice. Drizzle extra sauce. Garnish lightly.
